Legal Dispute implies any action, suit, or proceeding between or with the Parties resulting in connection with any dispute, controversy, or demand arising from or relating to this Agreement or any similar document. A legal claim is typically based on both civil and criminal law. In most legal cases, there are one or more defendants. In some cases, a legal issue may happen between parties that are not in opposition but need a legal decision to establish some legal fact, such as a division formally. There are legal methods involved, which are Consumer Complaints, Legal Notice, and Public Interest Litigation.
A consumer complaint is "an illustration of disappointment on a consumer's behalf to a liable party." It can also be defined absolutely as a report from a consumer providing documentation about a product or service problem.
A legal notice is registered as per Section 80 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, and is only filed in civil cases. Thus, legal notice is a formal communication to a person or an existence notifying the other party of your purpose to undertake legal procedures against them.
In Indian law, it means litigation to protect the public interest. It is an action introduced in a court of law. Public interest litigation uses the law to advance human rights and equality or raise broad public concern issues.
